I am excited to be a part of the prestigious real estate team of Cressy & Everett, working as a full time licensed Broker.  For over 30+ years, my father and I have built quality new homes in our community, building a highly respected reputation at the same time.  My experience as a homebuilder was invaluable as I learned firsthand about the housing industry, our community, and most importantly, the value of truly caring about people.  With Dad’s decision to retire, I have decided to concentrate my efforts on real estate.  I bring to the table some unique experiences that sets me apart from most agents:

• Licensed in Michigan and Indiana.
• Grew up in the Home Building industry. 
• 30 years of experience Building homes for Birkey Homes.  As Vice President, I wore many hats, but my main focus was marketing, sales, customer service, and designing floor plans to meet our client’s needs.
• Partner in developing the Woods Edge subdivision in Granger. 
• Military Veteran - Served with the Navy Reserves as a Seabee for 13 years. 
• Served on the Board of Directors of the St. Joseph Valley Home Builder’s Association.
• Served as a Life National Director for the National Association of Home Builders 
• Licensed broker since 2003.
• Served as president of the St. Joseph Valley Home Builder’s Association.
• Taught continuing education classes at IUSB on “Building a New Home.”
• Coached many youth sports.
